By downloading, installing, or using WordDrop (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

Munns Media grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases, including premium subscriptions and power-up packs. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, game mechanics, and software within the App are the property of Munns Media and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munns Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
